Swinging by My Feet
Appearing in Photography

I’m starting to think the world would be a much happier place if we all had somebody swing us around by our feet now and again.

Mr. Robert Baxley,
My previous comments were intended to get people to think for themselves, and not to just sell my point of view. Thanks for being considerate and concerned.
Tony Anthony, a Viet Nam veteran and author of "Beneath Buddha's Eyes", is building a Peace Podium. A place where people can come together and talk:

I didn't ask Tony if I could send over a refferal, but his site is public and very interesting. Check out his wisdom.

The world is a much happier place for me since I found your "universal Model of a user Interface" and read it. Just what I needed for my graduation project.
THANK YOU FOR WRITING THAT ARTICLE!
It's a great addition to the model i learned at my study Industrial Design Enginering.

Ah...now that's the Mr. Baxley I know and love. Life is all about the simple things, like swinging your kids from their feet...
When we face death, we won't dwell on what went wrong in Iraq. We won't care if a candidate from the "other" party got elected. What we WILL care about: did we drink enough good wine? Did we raise children we can be proud of? Did we live the kind of life that, when we're in the physical and spiritual act of passing from this life to the next, we can look back on and say, "Nice job, ol' chap"?
That's what ultimately matters. We all know that. So let's engage in meaningful and at times serious discussion--but let's remember that in the end we all die, and that the point of life is to live it, experience it, and relish it while we can. And this often means trying to be like--make that trying not to forget--who we were so long ago, when when we didn't think about things so deeply; we just lived. We felt the bare rock and just lived.
Responsibilities aside, I think we can all get to that point again. We may not be clinging to a steep rock face, but we can cling to those we love. And that's the only thing worth clinging on to.

Hey Bob,
I'm sending you a photo at your email address. You can swing them around till their at least 10 years old.
After that, they tend to vom (un-eat, etc).
Take care,
Rich
